Job Description

E-commerce Field Marketing Executive

Location: Mysore (Fieldwork Role)

Responsibilities:

Meet sellers face-to-face to boost sales and onboard new ones

Maintain strong relationships and ensure continuous follow-ups

Conduct market research and stay updated on trends, pricing, and ROI

Submit regular sales reports and meet sales targets

Requirements:

Graduation (mandatory)

Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales or similar field

Strong communication and hard-core sales skills

Fluent in English + any regional language

Willingness to work on field with flexibility

Compensation:

CTC: Up to ₹35,000

Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,000

Travel Allowance: Up to ₹3,000

Mobile Reimbursement: ₹500

Incentives: ₹3,000
