Job Description

IntouchCX – International Voice & Non-Voice Process Hiring
Location: Electronic City (Interview Drive at Hennur – Monday to Friday)
Education: PUC & Above
Language: Excellent English communication
Cab: 2-way transport | Free food on-site
Shift: 5 Days working, 2 Days off
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Interview Rounds: HR → V&A → Ops

International Voice (Experience Required)
Experience: Minimum 6 months international voice

Salary: ₹28,000–₹30,000 Take Home

Non-Voice
Fresher Salary: ₹16,000 Take Home

Experience-Based Pay:

6 months: ₹17,000–₹22,000 TH

1–1.5 years: ₹22,000–₹25,000 TH

1.8–2 years: ₹27,000 TH

2+ years: ₹28,000 TH

Incentives: Up to ₹6,000 (Performance-based)
