Job Description

Field Marketing – E-commerce
Location: Mysore
Interview Mode: Virtual

Requirements:

Graduation mandatory

6+ months of experience in sales/marketing preferred

Must be open to field work and flexible with working hours

Excellent communication (English + any regional language)

Strong sales & consultation skills, market awareness

Key Responsibilities:

Face-to-face meetings with sellers to increase their sales

Follow-ups and relationship management

Onboard new sellers

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Submit regular sales reports

Achieve seller sales targets consistently

Compensation:

CTC: Up to ₹35,000

Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,000

Travel Allowance: Up to ₹3,000

Mobile Reimbursement: ₹500

Incentives: ₹3,000
