Job Description

Credit Collection Specialist

Company: ECPL
Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 CTC
Cab: 2-way (within 12 km)

Responsibilities:

Manage and collect outstanding balances

Resolve payment issues

Maintain accurate credit records and CRM entries

Coordinate with customers and internal teams

Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in credit collections

Strong communication, analytical, and CRM (Salesforce) skills

Knowledge of SAP and credit management strategies
