Technical Call Center Specialist

Company: Technogym
Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 CTC
Cab: 2-way within 12 km

Requirements:

1–3 years in call center/customer service/technical support

PUC or Bachelor’s Degree

Excellent verbal communication

CRM knowledge preferred

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound tech support via phone/email

Troubleshoot & escalate issues

Coordinate with service teams & manage part orders

Maintain CRM accuracy & meet SLA targets
