Job Description

Credit Collection Specialist – ECPL

Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday–Friday)
Cab: 2-way (within 12 km)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Job Role:

Manage and collect past-due balances

Resolve payment issues and maintain accurate CRM/credit files

Build strong customer relationships

Collaborate with internal teams

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in credit collection

Strong communication and analytical skills

CRM/ERP knowledge (Salesforce, SAP a plus)

Understanding of credit management
