Job Description

IntouchCX (International Voice & Non-Voice Process)
Drive Location: Hennur (Mon–Fri)
Work Location: Electronic City

1. International Voice Process

Education: PUC & Above

Experience: Min 6 months in International Voice

Shift: 5 days working, 2 days off

Salary: ₹28k–30k take home

Cab: 2-way transportation

Interview Rounds: HR → VNA → Ops

2. Non-Voice Process

Fresher

Salary: ₹16,000 take home

Perks: 2-way cab + Free meals

Incentives: Up to ₹6,000

Experienced

6 months: ₹17k–22k

1–1.5 yrs: ₹22k–25k

1.8–2 yrs: ₹27k

2+ yrs: ₹28k

Interview Rounds: HR → VNA → Ops
