Job Description

Collections Team Lead – Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience: 1–3 years in B2C sales (target-driven)
Education:
 • B.Tech (Tier 2/3 preferred)
 • MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
 • Min 60% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
Skills:
 • Strong in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas)
 • Fluent in Hindi, good English (written & verbal)
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Location: Bangalore (Work from office – 6 days/week)

Not looking for pure Collections background – sales + collections mix is acceptable
