E-Commerce Field Marketing Executive

Location: Mysore (Field Role)
Experience: Min. 6 months in Sales/Marketing (Graduation Mandatory)
Languages: English + any regional language
Interview: Virtual

Job Role:

Field visits to increase seller sales

Face-to-face consultations, follow-ups, onboarding new sellers

Market research & sales reporting

Sales target achievement

Evaluation through scenario-based & hardcore sales questions

Compensation:

CTC: Up to ₹35,000/month

Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,000

Travel Allowance: ₹3,000

Mobile Reimbursement: ₹500

Incentives: ₹3,000
