Job Description

Job Closing & Invoicing Specialist

Company: ECPL / Technogym
Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Cab: 2-way (within 12 km)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Validate and close work orders as per accounting policies

Generate invoices for chargeable services

Manage system errors and escalate as needed

Support after-sales administrative tasks

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in invoicing/service order management

Strong English communication skills

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Good analytical and collaborative skills
