Job Description

E-commerce Field Marketing – Mysore

Role: Field Marketing Executive
Location: Mysore
Type: Work on Field | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Responsibilities:

Meet sellers face-to-face to increase their sales

Build and maintain strong seller relationships

Onboard new sellers and follow up regularly

Conduct market research and stay updated on trends

Achieve seller sales targets and submit regular reports

Handle pricing, ROI on ads, and competitive insights

Attend virtual interview; strong sales skills required

Requirements:

Graduation mandatory

Minimum 6 months sales/marketing experience preferred

Strong communication in English + any local language

CTC & Benefits:

Salary: Up to ₹35,000

Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,000

Travel Allowance: ₹3,000

Mobile Reimbursement: ₹500

Incentives: ₹3,000
