Job Description

E-commerce Field Marketing Executive

Location: Mysore (Field Work)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Drive seller sales through in-person meetings and consultations

Regular follow-ups and onboarding of new sellers

Maintain strong relationships with existing sellers

Conduct market research and stay updated on trends

Prepare sales activity reports and achieve targets

Handle pricing, ROI, and ad revenue discussions

Attend virtual interviews

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/marketing

Strong sales communication and negotiation skills

Language: English + any regional language

Immediate joiners preferred

CTC & Benefits:

Salary: Up to ₹35,000

Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,000

Travel Allowance: Up to ₹3,000

Mobile Reimbursement: ₹500

Incentives: ₹3,000
