Hiring: Technical Call Center Specialist – Technogym
Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Cab: Both ways (within 12 km)
Employment: Full-time, Ongoing
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC
Role Summary:
Provide technical phone/email support to customers, manage complaints, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineers to resolve service requests. Focus on improving First Time Fix Rate (FTFR) and Time to Service (TTS).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle technical queries and complaints
Escalate and track issues to meet SLAs
Coordinate with service teams and manage parts orders
Maintain CRM data accuracy
Support cost-effective operations with high service standards
Requirements:
1–3 yrs experience in customer service/tech support
Min. 12th Pass or Graduate
Strong communication & CRM skills
Prior tech support experience preferred
