Customer Support Executive – Airline Process (Etihad)

Location: Manyata Tech Park
Qualification: PUC and above
Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Support
Language: Excellent English communication
Shift: Rotational (5 days working, 2 days off)
Salary: Up to ₹28,000 CTC (₹24,000 Take Home)
Cab Facility: 2-way cab available
Employment Type: Full-Time

Versant Test (Min score: 60)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer support for the Etihad airline process

Handle US customer inquiries and issues professionally
