Job Description

Job Title: Job Closing & Invoicing Specialist
Company: ECPL / Technogym
Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Cab: Two-way cab (within 12 KM)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC
Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Validate and close work orders, ensuring compliance with accounting policies.

Handle invoicing for chargeable services and payment methods.

Resolve system errors and support after-sales admin tasks.

Maintain data accuracy and meet monthly accounting deadlines.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in invoicing/service order management.

Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in English and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
