Hiring for Intouch CX – International Process
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Shift: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off
Cab: Free Two-Way Transport
Perks (Non-Voice): Free On-Site Food + Incentives up to ₹6,000

A) International Voice Process
Education: PUC & Above

Experience: Minimum 6 months in international voice support

Age Limit: Up to 45 years

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 (Take-Home)

Interview Rounds: HR → V&A → Ops

B) International Non-Voice Process
Education: PUC & Above

Experience & Salary:

Fresher: ₹16,000 (Take-Home)

6 months: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000

1 – 1.5 years: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000

1.8 – 2 years: ₹27,000

2+ years: ₹28,000

Interview Rounds: HR → V&A → Ops
