Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AR Caller who is eager to grow professionally to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect payments, resolve billing disputes, and maintain accurate records.

1. Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments.
2. Resolve billing disputes and address customer concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
4. Meet and exceed monthly collection targets.

Requirements
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in AR calling or related field.
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
