Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AR Caller with multilingual expertise to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect payments, resolve billing disputes, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments.
2. Resolve billing disputes and address customer concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
4. Meet and exceed monthly collection targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in AR calling or related field.
2. Fluency in English and one or more regional languages.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
