Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AR Caller to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect payments, resolve billing disputes, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments.
2. Resolve billing disputes and address customer concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
4. Meet and exceed monthly collection targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in AR calling or related field.
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
