Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AR Caller with exceptional communication skills to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect payments, resolve billing disputes, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments.
2. Resolve billing disputes and address customer concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
4. Meet and exceed monthly collection targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling or related field.
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
