Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator with multilingual expertise to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, coordinating recruitment efforts, and maintaining employee records.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the HR department.
2. Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
4. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives.
Requirements
1. 0-2 years of experience in HR or related field.
2. Fluency in English and one or more Indian languages (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
