Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: PUC or Higher Education
Salary: Up to ₹42,000 Take Home
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days, 2 Days Off

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up on pending insurance claims and ensure timely payments.
Investigate claim denials and initiate appropriate action.
Reduce outstanding accounts receivable and improve collections.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare billing standards.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of calls.
Skills & Requirements:

Strong spoken and written English communication.
Ability to analyze claims and work on rejections.
Knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management is an advantage.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
