Job Title: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Bellandur
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: PUC and Above
Salary: Up to ₹42,000 Take Home
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Work Mode: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off

Responsibilities:

Follow up with insurance companies to verify and process claims.
Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims.
Ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts receivable.
Maintain accurate documentation of call logs and claim updates.
Meet daily and monthly collection goals set by the company.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle claim disputes and provide resolution.
Prior experience in medical billing or healthcare collections preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
