Role: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Koramangala
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Qualification: PUC or Higher Education
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 Take Home
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Work Pattern: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off
Transport: Paid Two-Way Cabs Available

Job Duties:

Call insurance providers to verify and resolve unpaid claims.
Follow up on denied claims and take corrective action.
Work with healthcare providers to ensure timely reimbursements.
Document interactions and update claim statuses in the system.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry guidelines.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong spoken and written English.
Familiarity with US healthcare billing (preferred).
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team.
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
