Position: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Koramangala
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Qualification: PUC and above
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 Take Home
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Work Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off
Transport: Two-Way Cabs Available (Paid)

Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and resolution.
Follow up on pending claims and minimize outstanding accounts receivable.
Work on denials and rejections to improve collection rates.
Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Skills Required:

Excellent English communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of medical billing and insurance follow-ups (preferred).
