Position: Operations Analyst
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 (Take Home)
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Experience: Minimum 1.6+ years (Freshers can also apply)
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday Off)
Work Location: Brookfield

Analyze daily operations and ensure efficiency.
Work with teams to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
Generate reports and share insights with the management team.
Maintain operational compliance and adherence to policies.
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools.
