Role: Senior Operations Analyst
Experience: Minimum 1.6 years
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 take-home per month + Attractive Incentives
Education: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
Shifts: 7 AM to 4 PM
Working Days: 5 days working (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)

Requirements:

Ability to track and improve process efficiency
Experience in data analysis and performance monitoring
Strong knowledge of operational KPIs and SLA management
Proficiency in handling dashboards and generating insights
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
