Role: Call Support Representative
Experience: Freshers
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC
Education: PUC and above
Location: Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore
Shifts: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days off (1 fixed off on Sunday)
Gender Preference: Male candidates only

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
Ability to handle high call volumes and resolve customer concerns
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ready to work in shifts and handle customer interactions efficiently
