Role: Helpdesk Executive
Experience: Freshers
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC
Education: PUC and above
Location: Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore
Shifts: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days off (1 fixed off on Sunday)
Gender Preference: Male candidates only
Requirements:
Good command of English, Kannada, and Hindi
Ability to handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Strong listening and conflict-resolution skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to different situations
Flexible to work in rotating shifts
