Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AR Caller who values flexibility in their work schedule. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments.
2. Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
4. Meet and exceed monthly collection targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
