Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AR Caller with excellent communication skills to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, making outbound calls to customers, and resolving payment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage accounts receivable and resolve payment-related issues.
2. Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments and resolve disputes.
3. Update customer information and payment records in the system.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex payment issues.
5. Meet and exceed monthly collection targets.
Requirements
1. Min 1 year experience in AR or related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and AR software.
