Job Description 4: AR Caller – Revenue Cycle Management
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹48,000 Take Home (Based on Experience)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in AR Calling
Education: PUC and Above
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off

Roles & Responsibilities:

Follow up with insurance companies to collect pending payments.
Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies.
Work with clients to improve accounts receivable processes.
Maintain records of claims, payments, and follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fixed night shift.
