Job Description 3: AR Caller – Medical Billing Process
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹48,000 Take Home (Based on Experience)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in AR Calling
Education: PUC and Above
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off

Job Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable and work on outstanding medical claims.
Communicate with insurance companies to resolve payment issues.
Identify reasons for claim denials and submit appeals if required.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Work towards reducing outstanding balances and improving cash flow.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and analytical skills.
Prior experience in US healthcare collections.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
