Job Description 5: HR Recruiter – Recruitment Specialist
Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 Take Home (Based on Interview Performance) + Incentives
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)

Responsibilities:

Identify, attract, and recruit top talent through various sourcing methods.
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure smooth onboarding.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Work closely with different departments to meet hiring needs.
Skills & Qualifications:

Any graduate or relevant qualification.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Previous experience in HR recruitment is an advantage.
