Job Description 4: HR Recruiter – Full-Time Hiring
Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 Take Home (Based on Interview Performance) + Incentives
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
Maintain and update recruitment reports on a regular basis.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring teams.
Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
