Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AR Caller to join our team. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, resolving outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate records. We offer flexible work hours to support your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments.
2. Resolve outstanding invoices and discrepancies.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
4. Meet or exceed monthly collection targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in AR calling or a related field.
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. PUC and above qualification.
4. Ability to work in a US rotational shift (Flexible hours).
5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
