Job Description 3: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)

Join our team as an AR Caller (Accounts Receivable) in Bellandur. This position requires at least 1 year of experience in AR calling, and excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Handle client calls regarding overdue payments and outstanding invoices.
Ensure prompt and accurate collection of payments.
Resolve payment-related issues and maintain client satisfaction.
Update and manage records of payment status and customer interactions.
Provide timely reports to management on the status of accounts receivable.
Qualifications:

PUC or above.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or AR calling.
Proficient in English communication.
Job Details:

Salary: Up to 42K take-home.
Shift: Fixed night shift.
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 offs.
Location: Bellandur.
