Job Description 5: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)

We are looking for an AR Caller (Accounts Receivable) to join our team in Koramangala. This position requires a candidate with strong English communication skills and at least 6 months of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

Contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
Handle payment disputes and work towards timely resolution.
Maintain and update client records accurately.
Ensure adherence to the payment collection process and company policies.
Provide regular status updates and reports to the management team.
Qualifications:

PUC and above.
Minimum 6 months of experience in AR calling or accounts receivable.
Excellent English communication skills.
Job Details:

Salary: Up to 38K take-home.
Shift: US rotational shifts.
Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 offs.
Location: Koramangala.
Additional Benefit: Two-way cab service (Paid).
