Role: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Bellandur
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off
Salary: Up to ₹42,000 Take Home
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in AR Calling
Qualification: PUC and Above

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on pending claims with insurance companies.
Identify reasons for claim denials and work towards resolutions.
Ensure proper documentation of calls and claim status.
Meet collection targets and maintain a high success rate.
Work in coordination with other departments for faster claim processing.
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in AR calling.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
