Job Description 5: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Role: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Koramangala
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 Take Home
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in AR Calling
Qualification: PUC and Above
Transport: Two-Way Cabs Available (Paid)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end claims follow-up with insurance companies.
Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies.
Escalate unresolved claims to the appropriate department.
Document and track claim status in internal systems.
Work in collaboration with the collections team to improve recovery rates.
Requirements:

At least 6 months of AR calling experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet performance goals.
