Role: Academic Counselor
Location: Ramnagara (Shantinagar)
Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
Work Schedule: Sunday Fixed Off
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Salary:

Freshers: ₹25,000 Take Home
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on available courses and career opportunities.
Assist students in the enrollment process and documentation.
Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Work towards achieving admission targets.
Conduct follow-ups to maintain student engagement.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced professionals can apply.
Strong persuasion and communication skills.
Ability to handle objections and provide accurate guidance.
Good knowledge of academic programs and career trends.
