Role: Senior Operations Analyst
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 Take Home + Incentives
Qualification: Graduate in any field
Experience: Minimum 1.6+ Years in Operations or a Similar Role
Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed Offs on Saturday & Sunday)
Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

Manage operational processes and ensure efficiency.
Analyze operational challenges and propose improvements.
Ensure adherence to company guidelines and policies.
Work cross-functionally to optimize workflows.
Develop reports and provide key insights to management.
Requirements:

Minimum 1.6 years of experience in an operational role.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
