Role: Senior Operations Analyst
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives
Qualification: Graduates
Experience: Minimum 1.6+ Years
Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
Provide data-driven insights for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with different teams to resolve operational challenges.
Generate reports and present findings to management.
Requirements:

Minimum 1.6 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
