Job Description 2: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Job Role:

Contact insurance providers to resolve outstanding claims.
Investigate and address payment discrepancies.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records.
Identify patterns in denied claims and take corrective action.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve the billing process.
Compensation & Perks:

Take-home salary up to ₹42,000.
Potential for performance-based incentives.
Qualification & Experience:

PUC or higher education required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling.
Strong English communication skills.
Work Timings & Days:

Fixed night shift.
Five working days with two days off.
