Job Description 1: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up on outstanding payments from insurance companies.
Handle claim denials and work towards resolution.
Ensure proper documentation of all interactions and payment updates.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Meet performance targets for collections and follow-ups.
Salary & Benefits:

Take-home salary up to ₹42,000.
Additional performance incentives may be available.
Qualification & Experience:

Minimum educational qualification: PUC or above.
At least 1 year of experience in AR calling or medical billing.
Excellent English communication skills.
Work Schedule:

Fixed night shift.
Five working days with two days off.
Work Location:

Bellandur.
