Job Description 3: Academic Counselor
Job Responsibilities:

Guide students and parents in choosing academic programs.
Conduct counseling sessions to understand student aspirations.
Assist with application processes and documentation.
Track student inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support marketing efforts by participating in educational events.
Salary & Incentives:

Freshers: ₹25,000 take-home salary.
Experienced candidates: Up to ₹5.5 LPA.
Qualifications & Experience:

Graduation is mandatory.
Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Shift & Work Schedule:

Shift timing: 10 AM to 7 PM.
Fixed Sunday off.
Location:

Ramnagara (Shantinagar).
