Key Responsibilities:

Manage operational processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Generate and analyze reports to identify areas of improvement.
Work with internal teams to streamline workflows.
Troubleshoot operational challenges and recommend solutions.
Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
Compensation & Perks:

Take-home salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000.
Performance-based incentives available.
Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline.
Open to fresh graduates.
Candidates with 1.6+ years of experience will be preferred.
Shift & Work Schedule:

Shift timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off).
