Salary: Up to 19K – 23K take-home
Qualification: PUC and above (Graduate freshers welcome)
Shift: Rotational shift
Working Days: 5 working days with 2 rotational offs
Work Location: ITPL Whitefield
Key Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. The role requires quick thinking, active listening, and the ability to manage and solve customer concerns with effective solutions.
