Customer Support (Problem-Solving Focus)
Role: Customer Support
Salary: Up to 24K take-home
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in customer support
Qualification: PUC and above
Shift: Rotational shift
Working Days: 5 days with 2 rotational offs
Location: ITPL Whitefield
Key Responsibilities:
Tackle complex customer issues and provide solutions promptly and accurately.
Use analytical skills to troubleshoot problems and suggest appropriate solutions.
Handle customer queries with a focus on resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve critical issues.
