Role: Customer Support (Semi-Voice Process)
Salary: Up to 25K Take-home
Qualification: PUC and Above
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience
Shift: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 days working (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Work Location: ITPL Whitefield
Note: Quarterly bonus and attractive incentives available
Key Responsibilities:
Apply problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
Handle complex customer queries with creative solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction
Provide clear and concise information to ensure customers’ needs are met promptly
Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues independently and under pressu
